RV Resort Group – Maintenance Superintendent Job Description: This individual will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various systems and structures in the multiple RV Resorts associated with our company. RV Resort locations are Conroe, Magnolia, Pinehurst, The Woodlands Experience with a wide variety of construction related tasks is absolutely required for this position. Someone that can work hard in the Texas heat will also be required. Job Duties will include the following tasks or repairs: Plumbing Carpentry Minor Mechanical Electrical Septic Systems (pump replacements) Mowing / Edging Irrigation (sprinkler systems) Air Conditioning (not required, but a plus) *10 years’ experience required on all job duties. *Travel to our various 4 locations will be required. We will provide a work vehicle for this travel. *We can offer a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a clubhouse building to specific candidates that may prefer this option.
