Clay's Properties is a rapidly growing Landscape and Property services company. We are a "Recovery in the Trades" business, therefore we are recovery friendly. Not only do we keep our customer's properties looking amazing but we help our staff grow an heal (Recovery and mental health is very important to us!!) We're looking for a hardworking Landscape Technician to help keep our accounts looking good. You should be familiar with basic gardening principles, equipment such as string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and zero turn mowers. Landscape Technician responsibilities include designing and executing planting plans, controlling pests and weeds and performing maintenance tasks. As a Landscape Technician, you will have to have the ability to navigate through different types of terrains and the motivation to handle multiple projects at the same time. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve high quality results while helping us save money by combining labor and materials to complete tasks in a timely manner. The most important thing, you must bring a positive attitude to the table. Responsibilities: Perform landscape maintenance duties including (but not limited to) landscaping, mowing, raking, weeding and edging. Maintain dispatch systems and customer history. Supervise seasonal labor to ensure timely work completion in accordance with company standards. Coordinate team projects and delegate tasks to specific members of staff. Keep maintenance records and report any issues to supervisor or owner. Contribute to staff meetings to share ideas and concerns. Have ability to drive vehicle with landscaping trailer in tow; therefore must have a valid license. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
