Apply Here: Summary Objective Cobalt Truck Equipment, an Idaho-based company with four locations, is currently seeking a Field Service Administrator for its Nampa, ID, location. This position oversees job processing, merging labor, purchasing processing work orders, and invoicing. Requirements Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Provide general administrative support for the Field Service Department. Provide excellent customer service to our customers. Keep and organize open Work Orders, prep for Closing of Work Orders completed, expenses for service performed, and inventory records. Work closely with the Field Service Manager to implement company policies and create new processes and procedures for continuous improvement. Process technicians’ timesheets and merge labor. Track and process technicians per diem. Complete a weekly expense report. Competencies: Communication Proficiency Organizational Skills Mathematical Skills Computer – Excel / Word / Software Thoroughness Time Management Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibility. You will oversee technician paperwork and interact with Field Service Coordinator and Field Service Manager as needed. Work Environment: This position is expected to support the Field Service Manager and the operational needs of the department, while providing Quality assurance. This role is expected to be in the office and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need. Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
