We are looking for a high integrity employee who prefers not being in an office or behind a counter. Do you like working with the pubic? This job entails training to lead a 2 person team. We clean out dryer vents and heating and air conditioning vents inside the home. The team leader counts up the vents and writes up the order for the customer to approve. Then, with an assistant, sets up the equipment in the home. Along with the team member, performs cleaning service. The team leader guides and oversees the assistant's work and is responsible for the quality, workmanship and customer satisfaction of the job. There are opportunities for commissions when you find the customer has a true (not forced) need for an additional service, such as: dryer vent cleaning, bird guard install, duct sanitizing, installation of air purifier or if it's a dryer vent job, you may sell whole house duct cleaning service. If it would benefit them, we can suggest it. If, for example the dryer hose is in great condition, we wouldn't' recommend our superior hose (though it is superior and they can't buy it at Lowe's) A little about us: We are Doug and Cheri McPhie and have owned Beehive Duct Cleaning for 10 years. We run two vans/teams in Salt Lake, Utah and Summit Counties. Even occasionally Davis County. Responsibilities - Share duties in setup and breakdown of job (Moving equipment and tools from van to house and back - Removal of dust and debris from ducts. Also, lint and nests from dryer vents. - Climb ladders to access upper level dryer vents to perform cleaning. - Drive van Qualifications - Must be in reasonably good physical health, capable of lifting ladders and other equipment. - Good with people - Previous experience a plus in services like duct or carpet cleaning Additional Information .Training is approximately 2 months. Pay during training is $17/hour. Team leader pay is $20/hr
