Help with Solar Panels

I was gifted 3 small solar panels, but I don't know how to determine if they are working or not. I'd like to connect them to my Jackery battery unit so I can charge my electric bike. I have a multi-meter, but I really do not know how to use it. It is very likely that I'll need to change/add the correct plug or connector to make this work, but I'm clueless. If you have an experience with any of this, please contact me so we can discuss it.
