Farm tractor operator

I am looking for someone to help chop corn silage. Either hauling wagons and unloading them or packing the silage in bunkers.I could pay someone preatty well if they are experienced. I could train someone for a lower rate.Please let me know your experience operating farm tractors. Please also include your other work history. This job could be full time or part time.I will need help for a couple weeks to get all the corn harvested.
