Structure Landscapes' is Hiring a Landscape Supervisor www.structurelandscapes.com Qualifications: • Knowledge of landscape practices • Bilingual Spanish/English • Must have a minimum of two years experience in landscape project management, foreman or supervision • Only experienced persons will be interviewed Job Description • Direct leadership of the installation crew. Supervise field operations for and their respective crews. • Oversee and implement landscaping projects • Be the onsite contact for clients • Coordinate work site and crew • Maintain accurate project paperwork, records and receipts. File receipts in job folder. Turn in job folder upon completion • Complete daily & weekly time log for workers. • Conduct final inspection upon project completion with supervisor • Read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines, and apply necessary timelines. • Assist foreman & crew members with their tasks. • Carry out field training of landscape construction personnel under direction of Construction Manager. • Communicate material, equipment, and personnel needs to Construction Manager in a timely manner. • Assist Construction Manager with work force scheduling and dispatching of crews to appropriate job sites. • Mediate personnel, equipment, and customer problems under direction of Construction Manager. • Supervise field level safety program. • Approve layout work done by foreman. • Identify extra work on projects, prepare and submit change order requests to estimating department for processing. • Pick Up & Deliver Materials as Needed • Hiring and management of foreman and crew members under direction of Construction Manager • Schedule deliveries • Responsible for crew production, quality and safety • Pre install & job complete walk thru with Sales/Designer and/or Supervisor • Visit job sites for job status and updates • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, according to design within budget • Sign work order upon job completion turn into Supervisor. • Job completion walk thru with client • Warranty 90 day walk thru with client Compensation – Outstanding pay for an outstanding person Full Time Employment. Not Seasonal Vacation - 2 wks paid vacation after 1 year, non paid time off is allowed with notice and approval
