Boat Storage Space Available for Rent

I have a house at 12908 Church St in Wolcott with a beautiful barn with a cement and dirt floor and two barn doors that I’m trying to do something useful with. The barn is locked and has nothing else in it. Being a few miles from the water, my mom suggested I should offer it up as a boat rental. Let me know if you want to come check it out. Should fit one big or multiple little boats and toys. If interested feel free to reply to this post or shoot me a text I will take less than any other storage place just to make use of the space. Also will be doing short term boater rentals at the house once the remodel is finished. Thank you!
