As a CNA, you will be responsible to provide appropriate nursing and personal care for residents, while keeping the resident safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living. Job Responsibilities: • Assist residents in meeting their physical, mental, social, and physiological needs • Perform routine rounds on each resident upon arrival, throughout the shift, and prior to leaving shift • Assist with transfer of residents, including but not limited to; 1-2 person transfers, sling hoyer transfers, and stand lift transfers • Document cares provided to resident using approved documentation method Shifts openings: • Part-time 1st shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) • Full-time 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) Must be able to: • Effectively communicate with people • Lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. • Build positive relationships with residents, family, staff, and community Pleasantview Home is excited to welcome a dedicated staff member who will continue to grow the vision and provide the best care possible.
