Custom Pool Builder looking for hard working individuals, multiple positions open for experienced workers, including lead and general laborers. Need individuals who are willing to do a wide range of tasks from excavation, equipment operating, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, demo, tile setters, painting etc. Different jobs daily, different tasks. Must be punctual and take initiative. Coverage area is mainly tarrant county with some projects in the Frisco area. Benefits: Pay is DEPENDENT on experience. Basic Hand tools preferred but not required to have. Candidates WITH pool construction experience start at $20/hr.++ Work Shirts provided Overtime Pay Paid Vacation Occasional Responsibilities: • Pulling a trailer • Saw cutting, Concrete Cutting, Sidewalk boring • Product delivery to jobsites • Job-site clean-up and debris removal • Landscape Lighting installation, landscape installation, sprinkler repairs • Tile and Coping Repairs • Wood Fence Repairs, Latch installation etc. • Some digging/trenching, Form Setting, Grading • Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with company standards and customer specifications • Ensures that all equipment is operated safely and maintenance procedures are followed • Reports at the designated location on time each day • Follows directions from supervisor with good attitude • Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor, and clientele. • Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. • Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment. • Operate Skid Steer T66 Loader and/or Mini Excavator (will teach you if you don't have experience) • Minor Low Voltage Work with Pool Equipment • Conduit Install and pull wire Requirements: • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Driver’s License or reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50-80 pounds. • Basic usage and understanding of construction type tools: Hammer-Drills, jackhammers, Grinders, wheel barrels, shovels, sump pumps, air compressors, etc. • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated • Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast-paced environment • Good time management skills; be available for long hours all year round. • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clientele, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other designers) • Clean and professional appearance • Punctual and dependable • Preferred (not required) experience operating front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments; other construction equipment as needed If you feel you are the right candidate for the job and can start immediately, please text your name, city you currently live in, make/model of your vehicle and work experience, email us your resume, or call for an on-the-job interview.
