We are looking for experience water technician's - As a All County Environmental & Restoration, you will be a key team member responsible for the professional restoration of our customers properties that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire or mold. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications: Driver's License (Required) High school or equivalent (Preferred) Restoration: 1 year (Preferred) IICRC Certification (Preferred) Able to work independently and in team environments Position Summary: You will need to report to corporate daily for dispatch to job sites. Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services; rapidly returning customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime following property damage. Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up · Respond to restoration jobs and initiate mitigation and remediation according to IICRC standards and All County Environmental & Restoration’s process · Perform property inspections and complete reports · Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration; Maintain project files – including collecting detailed photos, job notes and filing out a scope sheet · Meet or exceed established targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction · Perform production work including but not limited - · Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties – including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc. · Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions · Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects · Track equipment used on company jobs · Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times Inquire within by contacting Cindy Meza Directly at 714.917.1400 x2312 and ask how to become a Subcontractor today!
