Dog found roaming around

We found a brown pitbul cropped ears very very friendly not neutered or chipped. We where working on a landscaping job in the area of San Bernardino, the street address was Laurelwood Dr. the dog jumped in our truck wanting to get out 0f the heat. We waited a few hours while we worked at the job site and also waited for anyone looking for him but no one showed up. As a follow up I have posted a Craigslist add with no picture to see if anyone would ask for their dog with no luck. It has now been 2-3 weeks we have been trying to find his owners because we cannot keep him as we tried but he keeps jumping our 6 foot fence while I’m out for work. Shelters have been notified and we made the decision to not leave him there because after two weeks of no one coming for him he might be put down and I do not want that. So if anyone recognizes this dog or his owner please contact me so you can be reunited with him. He misses his family as he’s obviously not comfortable staying away and the continuous escaping.
