Commercial Property Maintenance position available in downtown Albany. Applicant should have knowledge of commercial property maintenance including clean up as needed, light plumbing, light electrical, sheetrocking and painting. We are a property management company and you would be responsible for getting commercial office spaces ready to lease. You would also be responsible to maintain the property as needed throughout the day. Applicant should be able to work productively alone. Applicant must be available to work full time Monday through Friday as well as overtime, on an as needed basis and possess a clean background.
