I need golf cart repair

I need someone who can come to our warehouse to repair our golf cart today (or Tuesday). It's an EZ Go, model #J400, made in 2000 and it's a 36 Volt version. The batteries have water in them and appear to be charged.(We have a power light). When the accelerator pedal is pushed down nothing is happening. I suspect a solenoid or a switch but I need someone who knows what they are doing to help with this.
