This growing property management company is in need of a FULL TIME porter to assist with general needs of the properties ( cleaning, trash outs, etc.) We have multiple locations in Newark and the Newark area: The successful candidate for this position MUST: 1. have a reliable vehicle and cell phone 2. be able to follow directions 3. be willing to learn new skills as needed 4. be organized and detail oriented 5. be able to lift if an apartment trash out is necessary 6. have good customer service skills 7. MUST be very familiar with Newark Basic maintenance skills required. Criminal Background check required.
