We are a very steady, healthy company looking for some young, hard working energetic, positive folks who want to learn a trade and be on the water daily. We have steady work for the right candidates. Must be able to work in the outdoor changing conditions and not mind getting in the water. We work in residential environments so you need to be polite and a good representative of our company. Must be willing to listen, be respectful, show up on time and be an effective member of the team. If you like being outside, on the water, getting in shape, then you mine as well get paid to do it. No specific experience required but if you can read a tape measure and carry 50 lbs concrete forms we can start there. Most of the work is in Hernando Beach and Hudson and must meet at the shop in Hudson 7:00 daily. We are also always looking to add anyone with vinyl seawall experience, concrete finishing, form carpenters, rough carpentry for decks and docks, barge work ( drillling) experience with a hydraulic concrete pump, equipment, or general construction experience. We offer paid holidays, matching Ira, overtime, company trucks, tools. We have several crews and likely have a good match for your skill set.
