Description

Our Evening will begin with a short hike from the main trailhead at the Collins Learning Center to the Astronomy Campus*. The 20-minute hike will highlight restoration efforts of the past year. We'll be greeted at the hike's end with a roaring bonfire, hot apple cider, mulled wine, and Bridge Up Brewing Company's Roofed Goat Red Fall Amber. Our boxed dinner will include savory bread pudding, an autumn salad, and aa caramel apple-inspired desert. At the end of the evening, we will be planting a native sapling in celebration of all the work done through 2022. Following all food and activities, a luminary-lit walk will guide you back to your vehicle. Dress warmly as this even is all outdoors. *Those who prefer not to hike may park at the Astronomy Campus, 2200 Utah Street. Plan to arrive at 5:00pm.
