You're invited to experience an intimate night of amazing food and craft beer. Meet our head brewer and staff and learn why we do what we do. We have partnered with Delmonico's Heritage Butcher Shop in Olympia. "Just like old-time butcher shops used to do, we buy fresh, whole animals (cows, pigs, lambs, chickens) weekly, direct from local farmers + carefully prepare every cut in-house."- Delmonico's Enjoy a 4 course tasting menu curated by Delmonico's paired with 4 unique beers hand craft for this event by our Head Brewer. This private event is going to be Sept 25th starting at 7pm. We will be closing the taproom to the public. There is limited seating so don't miss a chance to experience something truly unique from us.
