Property Custodian Busy property management firm is seeking a Property Custodian to help us maintain the grounds and clean the common areas of our properties as needed. Cleaning will include typical janitorial and custodial tasks spanning light to heavy-duty upkeep. Tasks include, but are not limited to, picking up and removal of exterior trash, keeping community grounds clear of debris, cleaning the interior common areas and the ability to do some light maintenance as needed. Must have good customer service skills, be a team player, be able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills. We value good energy, high motivation and great attitude to perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor.
