Local Repossession company seeking a Recovery Agent or a Recovery Agent Trainee for its Operations. Full Time and Part Time Positions available. Contingent requirements for Recovery Agents - 2 Years’ Towing experience preferred. Clean Driving Record (mandated by insurance carrier) - Current Medical Card, active Driver’s license and the ability to pass drug test. - Ability to pass a background check. - Basic computer skills and mechanical skills preferred. - Ability to prioritize duties, multi-tasking with good judgment and the ability to STAY CALM under pressure. - Able to lift or move 80lbs. - Ability to rotate your schedule and work minimal weekend hours as required. Experience Recovery Agent preferred – but will train if the candidate has wrecker experience. - Potential income $55K - $75K +/- PLUS COMMISSION is based on individual’s ability to perform, schedule and commitment to working. - Recovery agent will be assigned a territory and operate their own company issued wrecker along with a gas & company credit card. Benefits: - One (1) week paid vacation after 12 months of employment and after 2 years of successful employment 2 weeks (not concurrent) - 401K - Paid sick time six (6) days per year.
