The workshop will cover each of the following topics: • Cleaning up the vegetable garden • Getting perennials ready for winter • Winterizing your backyard compost pile • Preparing for spring composting This workshop is taught by Master Composter, Melanie Nehls Burow, along with a Boulder County Master Gardener volunteer. Workshops sponsored and hosted by the Boulder County Resource Conservation Division. The workshop will be held in the Education Room at the Boulder County Recycling Center (1901 63rd Street). Soil saver compost bins are available for purchase at cost ($65). They will be sold after the workshop.
