Description
What are you ready to let go of? It took him/us a year to come to this decision so there is no rush. But nor is there endless time. If you are curious about what else might be possible for you, then join us on the Fall Equinox, Friday, September 23rd at 4 in beautiful Glenwood Springs for a Bridge Crossing Ceremony and one night only, spiritual retreat that will launch you into fall. The season of letting go, release, and clearing out in preparation for what’s to come. You don’t have to know what’s next. You don’t have to know what you are letting go of, and you certainly don’t have to be “ready” to let go either. You just need to be curious, willing, and open to trusting that there might be something more. This Bridge Crossing Ceremony and Fall Equinox Retreat is for anyone wanting to let go, leave the past behind, and transition boldly and clearly into the future. Individuals, couples, and friends of all ages are welcome! Friday night requires the ability to walk outside at night for approximately one mile. Please dress accordingly and bring a headlamp or flashlight. Friday, September 23rd 4-9 PM Spend an evening immersed in sacred space, purification, and communion. Learn about the wisdom of the four seasons, the power of the fall equinox, and participate in an actual bridge crossing ceremony where you choose what to leave behind as you cross into the next chapter of your life. End the evening gathered around a fire pit where you can burn away the vestiges of any residual grief, pain, or beliefs that no longer serve you. There will be time to journal, guided meditation, and gentle somatic movement to encourage emotional processing. Optional Saturday morning sunrise-ish hike followed by a soak in the hot springs. $88 (the number of transformation) per person includes all Friday evening activities, heavy snacks/light dinner, journal and supplies. Hot springs pool admission, accommodations, and other meals are not included. If you have questions, just ask!
