STARTING IMMEDIATELY - We are a motorized beach wheelchair rental company that recently opened up in the Jersey Shore area, covering all areas from Atlantic City down to Wildwood, with OCNJ in the middle being the busiest area. We are looking for contract drivers who will be messaged as-needed to deliver and pickup wheelchairs, to satisfy our rental customers. This is a side gig. We do deliveries late at night (after 7pm) or before 9am in the mornings - whichever time slot you prefer to work within. HOW THE GIG/BUSINESS WORKS: - We take reservations and handle the customers, but we are looking for contract delivery drivers who own and drive a pickup truck OR a cargo van OR any vehicle combined with a trailer. - The driver will be paid a flat rate per delivery or pickup via Paypal or Venmo. We move the chairs from one house to the next renter's house, within the service area. - When delivering, the service provider must clean the chair, check tire pressure, and check battery levels. - You can borrow our ATV ramps to load onto your pickup truck as long as it's returned after the route. SERVICE AREA: All beaches between Atlantic City in the North, and Avalon in the south. This includes Ocean City NJ, Avalon, Sea Isle City, etc. Most deliveries are local from one house to another in Ocean City, but sometimes they go to neighboring cities. PAY: $70 for a delivery TO a customer, from a previous customer within the service region (majority of these deliveries are just going from one house to another a few miles down the road in OCNJ, but you'll still get that flat $70). Paid via Paypal or Venmo. DRIVER MUST OWN AND DRIVE A PICKUP TRUCK OR USE A TRAILER TO MOVE THESE CHAIRS. We have ATV ramps that you can borrow if necessary to load chairs onto your pickup truck, but they cannot be lifted as they are heavy.
