Sound Practioner, Jeremy Reeves, will guide you through a relaxing meditation while he soothes your mind, body, and spirit with brass and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of other meditative instruments. While Jeremy is performing Denise will add the relaxing sounds of the ocean drum and rainstick and clear blocked energy with the handheld singing bowl. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and a bottle of water. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you would like us to provide these for you or if you have any further questions.
