Sisters Village E4 Designed to support women in their efforts to achieve economic security, the YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester, the Women’s Mentoring Network, Inc. (“WMN”), and the Westchester County Office for Women have come together to create an all-new program called Sister’s Village E4. Targeting four specific service areas – Employment, Education, Economic Mobility, and Empowerment – Sisters Village E4 will provide and facilitate comprehensive job readiness and mentorship programming to women in Westchester County in an effort to enhance financial literacy and economic stability.
