Ever wonder when reading a description of coffee how we come up with flavors such as cola, fruity, floral or watermelon candy? Coffee cupping is the method that coffee flavors, attributes and qualities are graded. Come by for a look into one of our most integral quality control instruments and feel free to participate! Cuppings are limited to 10 attendees on a first come first serve basis. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a sensory delicate process. Please refrain from eating or drinking 30 minutes prior and from wearing any parfums or scents.
