In all the modalities and research, we end up missing out on the subtleties that lay the foundation for trauma work. In this workshop attendees will learn: A new perspective for understanding trauma. The nuances of trauma work.What it truly means to be a trauma informed professional.How we can best serve clients who have experienced trauma (most).What they miss in grad school.The foundations for working with trauma utilizing knowledge from Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, IFS, sandtray, and more.This workshop will be a 2 day intensive that combines experiential work with deeper learnings about trauma treatment. This will go further in depth than an intro course and is appropriate for beginner to advanced professionals.
