9:00am-12:00pm(3 hours): Beginner Seminar
1:00pm-5:00pm(4 hours): Advanced Seminar

Beginner
-Kipping Pull-ups
-Kipping HSPU (along with scales)
-Strict Gymnastic Strength with scales for all levels
Advanced
-Muscle Ups (Bar and Ring)
-Butterfly Pullups
-Advanced Handstand Skills
-Strict Gymnastics Strength Overview
Prerequisites:
Beginner: All are welcome! Can be scalable to all levels
Advanced: 5/3 strict pull-ups, 5/3 strict dips, Strict HSPU, basic kipping pull-up ability, Strong C2B is not a requirement but will help.
