Beef and Beer Fundraiser to benefit Dayl Gibson

On July 15th, 2022, Dayl was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer that metastasized, spreading to her peritoneum and liver. She also has a tumor in her stomach called a Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). The mass in her colon was almost 100% blocking her bowels. They tried to do a Colectomy, but when they opened her up, they saw cancer had spread and did not want to finish the surgery. They were able to redirect her intestine to give her an ostomy bag. As most of you know, Dayl has been out of work for the better of four years because of her health. She has Pyoderma gangrenosum, which is aggravated by her ulcerative colitis. She had hospital stays and major surgery to close up a large wound caused by this. With Dayl not working the medical and household bills are adding up. The Beef & Beer will help alleviate the stress of the Gibson Family as Dayl fights through the journey of Stage IV colon cancer.
