Hosted by RockBox Fitness, this class for female cancer survivors fuses kickboxing moves with functional training exercises for a full-body burn that targets every muscle group. You’ll circulate through two different boxing stations for half of the class, and rotate through 10 iPad kiosks, each with a different functional exercise, for the other half. Come to RockBox dressed for an empowering workout that is customizable for all fitness levels. Just make sure you have clearance from your doctor to resume regular exercise.
