This role is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at the construction site. Duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, operating various types of machinery or other pieces of equipment, and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. Duties and responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while supporting the overall project. Some travel will be required as sites are developed.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Cleaning and preparing construction sites. Loading and unloading materials and equipment and helping with setting up temporary structures. Handling and transporting construction materials. Cleaning construction site and obtaining a safe work environment. Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment. Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans. Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties. Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
