What is in a label? According to the fair housing rights we cannot discriminate on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status or disability. We've all been in situations where discrimination is present, and as a New Hampshire real estate agent we must be aware of the labels and identities we all have. What is the identity that you are most aware of on a daily basis? What identity offers you the most privileged? By understanding our own identities and labels we're able to understand the impacts labels have on others. In this 3-hour workshop we will identify the values of a label, the limitations of a label, and the impact identity has on who we are, and to others. The objective of the course is to give you tools on how to navigate these challenges so that you can be the best New Hampshire real estate agent to all people regardless of their identity.
