Job description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Technician covering the Chicago land area. The field technician will need to travel everyday throughout the city and surrounding areas carrying out inspections, lawn cares, debris removals, winterizations, and maintenance on multiple properties. You will also be involved in conducting inspections/verification on work completion. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out regular inspections of properties Completing pre-let inspections and inventories Carrying out viewings for rental properties and being involved in the lettings process Reporting maintenance issue Creating reports and updating the system of all inspections carried out Lawn Care's Winterizations Debris removals Property maintenance The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be energetic, ready to travel and help out when required with a can-do attitude. You will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. A strong interest within the real estate industry would be highly beneficial. Due to the nature of the role, you may need to work occasional hours on a Saturday, but this would be infrequent.
