Looking for Quality Lead PV & Battery Installers with the ability to perform a complete installation. Must have a crew, truck, trailer, ladders and tools, etc... to get the job done right. We Need the Following Scope of Work Performed: • Pick up BOS/BOM and Permits if needed. • Installation of PV & Monitoring System w/test out & monitoring completely pre-setup. Christina - Vendor / Sub Contractor Manager Office Line: # (559) 321-0607 -------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description: • Must be able to read plans and do array layouts • Electrical wiring of solar array/system (DC and AC) • Install raceways around residential applications include roofs, attics, walls • Effectively work in a team to install and seal roof attachments, equipment racking supports and solar panels • Be able to take photos of the installations such as grounding, jbox photo, inverter use, optimizers/micros, module stickers and MSP photos. • Good conduit bending • Perform all construction tasks per manufacturer’s installation guidelines • Assist in tracking inventory for each project • Maintain and clean up the job site Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year solar experience • Strong time management skills required, and the ability to work independently with minimal instruction/direction • Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems • Ability to make multiple trips up and down a ladder daily • Ability to lift, squat, deadlift, pull and carry up to 50lbs daily • Ability to work at the ground level, kneeling and/or bending daily • Ability to kneel and stand repeatedly (lunges) daily • Comfortable in tight spaces (attic, crawlspaces etc.) • Good communication skills
