Help us honor and highlight the trendsetting efforts of the 2022 IDEAL Luncheon Honoree Hidalgo County Precinct 2 and Commissioner Eduardo "Eddie" Cantu! Keynote for the event is Kumori Sushi & Teppanyakis' Mr. Francisco Paez, Jr. Recipient of the 2021 Inaugural IDEAL Award, Kumori Sushi & Teppanyaki, and their family of restaurants, is a disability friendly employer who has demonstrated excellence and the highest standards of inclusive work practices by promoting the hiring, retention and advancement of people with disabilities in the areas of employment in South Texas. Mr. Paez will share his and his staff's experience in building an inclusive workplace that includes hiring people with disabilities by developing long-term strategies, systems, and supports to create an environment where people with disabilities can succeed.
