Leadership Brownsville aims to cultivate and educate community members for our great city. To celebrate the organization's 38th Anniversary we are hosting Ignite! A Leadership Symposium. Highlighting the event will be homegrown Brownsville native and 2022 Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Dr. Juliet V. Garcia. Opening the event will be Wall Street Journal Best-Selling author Carmine Gallo, followed by Award-Winning Golf Architect Augustine Pizá and Javier Prieto a recognized Leaderhip consultant, Founder and President of Selider, a national organization that promotes youth leadership in Mexico. Gallo, a communications guru, and Pizá, one of golf's hottest designers, have been featured in prominent publications such as FORBES, TIME and Sports Illustrated for their accomplishments and contributions in their respective fields.
