It's been 3 long years since the Western Montana LGBTQ+ Community Center has hosted it's annual fundraiser, the Black and White Ball, in-person. We're super thrilled to bring this beloved event back on October 8th with a shiny new look! The Rainbow Ball will take place at the Holiday Inn Downtown in Missoula. Get your tickets early and plan that outfit, baby! This year's theme is Flower Power. Doors and bar open at 5:30 pm. Hors D'oeuvres will be served at 6. We'll get the "Ball" rolling at 7. Folks will be entertained all evening long with performances by our absolute fave, The Joan Zen Band and the fabulous drag performers from the Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana (ISCSM). We have so much in store for you. All sorts of super cool silent auction items will be availible to bid on, raffle items for purchase (including that infamous annual rainbow quilt), folks will be making the rounds throughout the eventing for 50/50 tickets, Legacy Awards will be presented, we'll have a photographer on hand to caputre attendees, their pluses and friends in all of their flowery attire if the so choose and so much more! Proceeds from the Rainbow Ball go to support the Western Montana LGBTQ+ Community Center, helping us to continue our 23+ years of work of empowering our community through education, advocacy, and collaborative networking here in western Montana. *Masks will be available for attendees who would like them. Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the venue.
