Let us take you through a traditional tasting experience with the creamy Italian comfort food and wine. Once a comfort food and an elegant template on which to experiment with flavors, polenta is a versatile side dish that is easy to master. During this event we will pour creamy polenta down the center of our family table and add all the fixins; roasted vegetabels, slow braised meats, housemade sauces, warm bread and plenty of italian wine. Ticket price includes dinner, wine flight and dessert. Additional wine will be available for purchase.
