Join us for a special farm-to-table event on September 25th featuring local indigenous Chef Sherry Pocknett, owner of the Sly Fox Den Too restaurant in Charlestown, RI. Chef Sherry will use Movement Ground Farm produce and meat, as well as locally sourced seafood to create an incredible 5-course meal that draws on her Wampanoag Roots and highlights local Indigenous foodways !
All proceeds from the dinner will go towards supporting Movement Ground Farm's mission to recultivate the central role of food and land in nourishing our bodies, strengthening our communities, and growing a more just world. At Movement Ground Farm we believe in a world where all individuals and families are empowered, sustained, and grounded by an intimate connection to land, food, and community. For those who can't attend but want to support our work, please consider giving a donation under the 'cultivator' option under tickets.
