Course 1: Fried Oyster with tomato jalapeno jam, on toasted brioche round with micro greens
Course 2: Crawfish Etouffee - a blend of tomato, peppers, cajun spices, and crawfish served over fragrant jasmine rice
Course 3: Pineapple Kale and Avocado Salad - Baby kale, fresh pineapple, sliced avocado, jicama, red onion, goat cheese with a sticky cervesa dressing
Course 4: Tequila Lime Glazed Swordfish with jalapeno garlic risotto and mango salsa
Course 5: Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake with candied lemon and raspberry coulis
This event is for beginners and experienced cooks alike! Our hands-on classes offer practical techniques for making your own delicious creations and help you build your culinary abilities – and Chef Shaun is there to help you every step of the way.
