Looking for honest, hard-working individual to join our cleaning team at a large local apartment community. Duties include: Cleans hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and other common spaces. Sweeps, scrubs, and mops floors as necessary. Vacuums rugs, carpets, and window coverings. Dusts railings, light fixtures, window sills, etc. Washes windows in common spaces as needed. Empties trash, waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area. Cleans vacant apartments following a cleaning checklist. Reports needed repairs to property manager and maintenance specialists Picks up trash around the property as necessary. Positions is full-time or Part-Time from 8am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
