YouthServe is joining District 9 Councilor Laytoya Tate for a Clean up in the Evergreen Community. This opportunity is for ages 13 to 18 years old. We will be picking up trash and debree in the Evergreen Area. Volunteers will be outside, standing, and walking so dress appropriately with close toed shoes. Volunteers will meet at the Evergreen Community Center located at 1867 16th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204. Volunteer check-in will be at 7:30 am. We will provide snacks and refreshments during this time, and the event will be finished by 10:00 am. Parent/Guardians need to pick up volunteers at 10:15 am. **Check-In is typically 15 to 30 minutes before the event and pick-up are 15-30 after! Address: 1867 16th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204 *You will be receiving a waiver to sign in an email before the event. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have a limited number of spaces available so only those registered for this event are permitted to attend. The health and safety of our volunteers are our primary concern, so if you are experiencing any symptoms or if you or anyone in your household is waiting for COVID test results, we ask that you please cancel your registration. *Due to limited capacity please only register for one service date.
