Need weekend cleaning help for commercial office buildings. We pay a set fee, not an hourly rate, but it should work out to at least $18 per hour if you are doing the job efficiently. I am looking for part-time cleaning help. Ideally someone looking just to make an extra $250-$300 per week to make some extra money. I am looking for someone who wants to do the job *right* every time and is aware that in 2022 you are on camera or being tracked by your phone at all times. In other words, someone who isn't going to tell me they spent 3 hours on a job when the alarm system clearly shows they were there for 45 minutes based on when they put the codes in to arrive and then leave. We pay weekly.
