We are in need of all around handyman and remodel crews for our upcoming resales and tenant turnovers and can give contractors nonstop business if they are willing to travel in Colorado. Upcoming projects are located in: Colorado Springs, Lakewood, New Raymer, Fort Morgan, Trinidad, Crested Butte, Fairplay, Clifton, plus more. Ideally, your crew can handle general carpentry, be able to refinish hardwood flooring, install vinyl plank flooring, handyman remodel work, roofing, plumbing and light electrical. Our typical remodel consists of trash outs, new paint, light electrical, new fixtures, some roof repairs, new bathrooms and laundry, sometimes kitchens, appliance installations, glass installation and everything needed per project to get a property from worn and tired to rental grade or resale ready. To be considered please reply with years of experience in each trade, references, and pictures of past projects. You must have all your own tools, reliable transportation and have a smartphone able to send clear pictures and videos. Reply with anything you are unable to complete such as carpet, electrical, etc. We will purchase all materials but you will be responsible for picking them up (including a couple trips to lowe's or home depot) and bringing them to the site. We pay on construction schedules as agreed in contracts, and we will not be duped into a large upfront payment. We have been doing this a long time and pay a very fair price. We value long-term relationships with happy crews, and believe that if everyone is fair to each other, we can all win. We have many contractors that have worked directly for us for years and still do today. If you do quality work and price fairly we can keep you working full time if you're willing to travel across Colorado. One of our owners is a former builder, we have a full time field GC and have a more understanding approach than most real estate investors since we're very hands on and work as a team with our people.
