Whether you are like many of the people who come to me to get their first tattoo, or like the tattoo veterans I see, my smooth technique is intrinsic and is always getting better and better. I conduct my work out of my apartment where I have all the equipment and supplies, so I don’t travel to do tattoos. Most tattoo shops charge hundreds of dollars for the most basic tattoos. The most I might charge for a tattoo session is about $70, but on average I charge $40. Some tattoos I even charge $20, it really depends on what you want. Just because I don’t work in a shop doesn’t mean I’m not a good artist. I’m actually a very talented artist, and the reason I don’t work in a shop is because I take care of my father who is dependent on me for pretty much everything. That doesn’t mean I don’t have time to do tattoos, I might need to tend to him for something in the middle of our session that’s all.
