We are a growing cleaning company with a substantial influx of clients, looking for a team of professional, and reliable cleaning personnel. Black/Latino owned, family owned company. The general cleaner/janitorial attendant may work in any location on client premises over a variety of various locations (all within close proximity). This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, and client requirements. Duties may include: - Opening location with security code and key accessing location after business hours (some locations start after 9:00pm) - Dusting surfaces - Sweeping floors, mopping floors - Maintain cleanliness of bathroom, wipe surfaces, clean sinks, wipe mirrors. - Change and take out garbage - Mild groundskeeping (sweeping around entrance of facility, watering plants etc) Experience/Knowledge: Previous professional cleaning experience preferred but not required General Qualifications: - Knowledge of proper and safe use of applicable custodial equipment. - Willingness to be open to learning and growing. - Appropriate maturity of judgment and behavior. - Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance. - Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity in light of attendance policy and client operating hours and/or requests for cleaning services during particular time range. - Great time management skills! Other honorable mentions: - Ability to work a flexible schedule. - Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays as needed. - Be teachable, and have ability to work well alone and in a team. - Assignment locations currently in Orange County and Greater LA. Reliable transportation is a must to be able to get to all these locations and any other client locations that may arise in personal vehicle as needed. Some shifts may require traveling to multiple locations (one location to the next) within one shift period. Mileage reimbursement to be paid as applicable for travel between multiple sites within a shift. Working Conditions: - Indoor commercial facilities (clinics, hospitals, surgical centers etc). May include basic ground-keeping. - Location may vary to include other client locations, as needed. - Varying schedule to include evenings, weekends and extended hours as business dictates. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, PRN Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Physical setting: Clinic Office Rehabilitation center Surgical centers Etc.
