We are a local short-term rental real estate company operating in Los Angeles and we are looking for a part-time English/Spanish-speaking MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR that can assist us in managing our various properties around the city starting Immediately. This job pays $25-$35 per hour as a TRIAL PERIOD to test your skills. You MUST have prior experience managing people and be able to use our scheduling app. The job entails most light maintenance work plus setting up of furniture, hauling trash, and other Non-Maintenance tasks as needed. There will be a lot of driving required and gas is NOT included. Our goal is to find someone who is organized, hungry, and dedicated to providing quality and strong work ethics. Must be able to multitask, take notes and FINISH ALL JOBS. Must also be able to lead, schedule, and oversee a team of 1 to 2 other maintenance personnel. The hours to start will be ON-CALL and AS NEEDED but we will increase the hours and move you to a salary position once you prove you are right for the position. You will be mostly taking care of minor repairs at various properties around town when needed. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND AN ECONOMY TRUCK. WE DO NOT PAY FOR GAS! You will be responsible to fill out a TIME SHEET to be paid every TWO WEEKS.
