Description

Calif has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country but in 2021 had the most criminal shootings. What's wrong is stupid gun laws don't stop crime, try something different and go after the shooters. For random and brutal killings the death penalty will work at least no repeat offenders. Many times a killer will plea to a manslaughter charge offered by the court to save costs and released 7 years later and within a year kills again. Time to deal with these scum.
