I love movement! Love yoga, dance and lately learning about the beauty of tai chi! ( 30 hour cerified) Geez! It makes all my other moving a beeeze! ย Not at personal training level yet, though I am def all about showing up for yourself and reaping the benefits of moving! ( Maybe 1/2 hour -55min.. even just natural movemnt or stretches.. beginner level)
I am an artist/designer inspired by fashion, music, film and celebrity!๐
