SOUTH CONGRESS HOTEL is hiring for an OVERNIGHT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The living room for the neighborhood, South Congress Hotel is an 83-room boutique hotel designed to be a hub of activity for the community. A place for travelers and locals alike, the hotel has three restaurants, a coffee + bakeshop, rooftop pool, award-winning Lobby Bar, and two retail spaces, in addition to a range of community events + programming open to all. All locally owned, all right at the doorstep of Austin’s favorite street. JOB SUMMARY South Congress Hotel is sourcing for a Maintenance Person who is able to exceed guest expectations of the overall maintenance, functionality, ambiance, and beauty of the property grounds, interior, and exterior. This position has daily responsibilities of property grounds and is responsible for collaborating with the rest of the grounds and maintenance teams.
